Currently I work as a freelance artist in photography, graphic design and fine art. I started learning my crafts at different stages of my life.

First I discovered my drawing abilities when I was 14. My art teacher helped me nurture my skills and encouraged me to go to college. I attended Milwaukee Area Technical College (MATC) for my Associate’s Degree then University of Wisconsin Milwaukee (UWM) for my Bachelor’s Degree. That’s when I learned Adobe Photoshop (v.4) and fell in love with the world of graphic art. After graduation I landed my dream job as a graphic designer at McDill Design where I worked for 9 years. While there, my interest in photography started.

I’m very fortunate to work out of my home office/studio where I care for my 3 children and miniature schnauzer puppy. Quality of life and family are extremely important to me. I also believe strongly in hard work, punctuality and professionalism. I feel that is why I have and maintain great relationships with my clients.

I grew up on the south side of Milwaukee. Blessed with a large, close-knit and artistically talented family. Living in a home with 13 people really teaches one a lot about patience, teamwork, respect and love.

These areas have fulfilled my creative world, however I have many interests including martial arts, costume design, gardening, learning violin and guitar. Whenever possible I travel to Mexico, where I love learning about my family and culture.

Thank you for taking the time to get to know my work and me.
